Elder Letia Nichols was born May 21st, in Akron Ohio. She is one of six siblings born to the late, Dr. James E. Nichols, Sr., and the late Overseer Constance V. Nichols-Stormer. She is the god-daughter of the late, Bishop Winfield Showell of Baltimore MD., and the late Mother Gussie Dawson of Washington DC. On November 22, 1963 she was baptized in the precious name of Jesus at Pilgrim Pentecostal Church of Christ where the late Bishop Robbins was Pastor. At the age of 10, she received the gift of the Holy Ghost at Prayer Chapel Inc., in Cleveland, Ohio where Mother Sylvia Rose conducted a revival.
God began to groom Elder Nichols early, and from 1967 (when her father began His ministry) until 2005, God was preparing her for such a time as this. In 2005 she was ordained as an Elder in Oakland, California. She is the Founder of Greater Works Sanctuary of Prayer and with a team of Pastor’s, she is living by the example of Jesus Christ. With the mantle of Paul, she is commissioned “sound the alarm”, help prepare the Body of Christ for His return, plant churches, train clergy, mentor leadership, and support the Body of Christ wherever God so leads. She has a great anointing on her life for the deliverance ministry. Many have been set free from demonic forces through this vessel.
